The Health Insurance Group Humanitarian Advantage

There is a saying in the good old Book that shows the wisdom of doing things in groups:
“Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone?  And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.”

As far as acquiring health insurance is concerned, doing it through a group coverage would be more advantageous than getting individual policies. The health insurance group provides a “good return for their labor”, as the good old Book say, when it comes to the benefits of company employees.

Group health insurance policies are not particular about individual present health conditions and past history of illnesses. This is because the health insurance service provider is insuring the client company’s employees on a package deal and not as individuals.

This puts every employee on equal benefit with the others regardless of their health conditions and affordability to pay the premiums. After all, all employees enjoy the same subsidy of the company who is committed to cover the greater percentage of the health insurance policy cost.

With the health insurance group providing equal opportunity and benefits to all company employees makes this set up, not just cost effective and corporately advantageous for the company but truly humanitarian in its nature and intent.
